The Renewal Manager is responsible for owning and driving a large portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory for the EcoVadis business. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every renewal. The focus will be maximizing revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition across the portfolio, securing the most favorable contract terms, identifying additional product growth opportunities and passing the insights back to the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition, secure favorable contract terms and identify incremental expansion sales revenue whilst increasing customer trust.Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies.Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for customers.Maintain an accurate forecast of renewals in your territory, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies to drive timely closure of renewals.Work with manager and other internal partners to deliver continuous improvements to the renewal processes.Experience in a Sales, Operations, or Account Management capacity with a focus on fostering strong client relationships.Proven success record achieving goals/targets/KPI's in Sales, Operations, or Account Management.Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated experience with process management, financial competency, and understanding of Salesforce CRM.Strong skills in coordination and communication.Fluency in French and Italian as per the assigned territory is required in addition to Spanish and English as you will be discussing complex sustainable procurement solutions with customers in both languages.
