What We Do: At Robin, we act as intermediaries between job seekers from the European Union and employment agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our mission is to provide a free service that helps job seekers live and work abroad. As a Remote Italian speaking Recruiter, you'll be an essential part of this journey.
Your Daily Tasks: Support job seekers on their path to living and working abroad.Provide excellent customer service via chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and phone.Gather and organize essential information and documents to complete job seekers' profiles.Assist in arranging transportation for job seekers abroad.Collect feedback from job seekers after employment.Manage the internal database with job seekers from Italy.Utilize your language skills to translate various content from English to Italian.What We're Looking For: We're seeking self-employed individuals ready to work on a freelance contract, with fluency in Italian and English.Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a client-oriented approach are essential for success.Tech-savviness and a reliable internet connection are a must, as you'll work flexibly within the Central Europe time zone.Thrives under pressure, exhibits resilience, and understands success is measured monthly.Attracted to bonuses, showing a desire to earn more and achieve results.Ability to quickly understand simple tasks and conduct fast searches.Demonstrates simplicity, proactivity, and a straightforward approach.Exhibits self-competition, a personal drive to surpass their achievements.Takes initiative without constant guidance.Handles multiple tasks without compromising quality.Efficiently manages time to meet deadlines and targets.What We Offer: Flexible working hours, 30 to 40 hours per week (depending on the Robin seasonality).Hourly salary of 4€/hour gross.Robin fund to support your working equipment, training, and vacation.Access to essential remote working tools (Asana, Slack, G-suite, and more).One week of PAID training and comprehensive guidelines.An inclusive worldwide team with diverse cultural celebrations.Team-building and well-being remote activities.Quarterly skills development training to grow professionally.E-coffee remote hangouts with the international team for a great social experience.Our Commitment to Diversity: At Robin, we value diversity and believe in an inclusive workplace that respects individuals regardless of their race, color, gender, sexuality, marital status, sexual orientation, or physical disability.
