For our factory plant in Cordoba, we are we are currently looking to hire a Factory SCM Specialist who will report to our SCM Manager and supporting in different daily tasks to enhance a smooth work on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities: Support the Factory SCM on assigned tasks.
Support in liaison to Planning & Fulfillment team in the ERP data management under SCM responsibility: i.e. supplier contact details, allocation plan, prices, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms, payment terms.
Support for material price and Terms & Conditions control throughout the value chain (from tender, ERP master data and oversees invoices control rules (tolerances, etc.)
Measure gaps tender/actuals investigate on root causes and take adequate corrective/preventive measures.
Support tender material costing and run tender specific negotiations where applicable.
Act promptly on assigned issues escalated according to escalation matrix.
Support on analysis and reporting tasks.
Lead and/or support company and contractors' qualifications processes on assigned suppliers.
Support Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) on assigned tasks.
Work on improving assigned supplier performance measurement and improvement tasks.
Support on assigned claim management to maximize compensation to Hitachi Energy and escalate as necessary.
Support Factory SCM in material cost cutting and risk mitigation projects, preferably using Dynamic Evolution methodology.
Support on SCM related local activities for R&D, DTV, New Product Introduction, product cost improvement project.
Your background: Experience as SCM in similar sector or related industrial field
Degree in Supply Chain Management or Economics or Business Administration
Excellent use of Microsoft Package, especially Excel
English and Spanish is required
Resident in Cordoba or Andalusia area
Proactive mindset, problem solving skills and excellent communications skills
