Western Union powers your pursuit. As the Remittances Product Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and management of our remittance products for the new pan-European Ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities You will gather customer insights, analyze market trends, and contribute to the success of our payment products - leading market research projects and innovating to gather key customer insight and inform both strategy and development of our product.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that product features and benefits align with customer needs.You will lead the product launch activities, including communication with stakeholders, market positioning, and pricing analysis.You will provide ongoing product performance analysis and market recommendations for improvement.You will lead the development of product marketing materials, including presentations, product sheets, and customer-facing communications and you will keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations.Role Requirements You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires cross-collaboration among different stakeholders and partners.Significant experience in digital, payments, and/or retail banking is also a real plus.Previous experience with agile working methodologies is desirable along with strong digital analytical skills.A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential and all other language skills are welcome.Benefits: You will also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few.
