This role would be responsible for generating and maximizing off-plan sales of our premium projects through self-generated client leads as well as our real estate business partners.Key AccountabilitiesMaximize sales business through various and innovative sales channels with the aim to improve company revenue.Ensure that sales targets are reached and where possible exceeded, within the agreed period for a particular product.Build long term and effective relationship with clients.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure loyalty, through e.g. meetings, telephone calls, emails, visits, events etc. to improve client awareness and interest in future products.Ability to use all forms of social media platforms to boost the impact of new product visibility and sales.Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the sites, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients (weekends, as required)What we can offer you:Basic Salary + Highest commission in the marketUncapped earning potential, with an attractive commission structure.Opportunity to progress with the organization as we expand.Full marketing support & sales leads through our global business development team.Full CRM and Admin support.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceEducated to college or degree level (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Spanish market ( Real Estate, High End Luxury Automotive , High End jewellery or Luxury Retail experience )Strong negotiation and selling skillsConfident in presentation delivery.Proven record of achieving sales targets.This job description is not all inclusive.
