Key responsibilities include: Optimize and execute all transport activities related to OTC/RTC shipments- and production forecasts Ensure a cost- and environmentally efficient transport Transport Budget/Forecast & KPI owner, responsible for monitoring and executing Execute all transport improvements and projects Structure and follow up and all SOP´s Contract management by initiating RFP´s based on contract terms and conditions Carrier relations by setting a follow up- and meeting structure to ensure that carrier KPIs are followed Drive and promote synergies between retail and online flows Set/ follow up on local transport activities to support reg./global OKR's Set clear and defined professional development goals for each team member Act as the main speaking partner to Merch, Supply and Sales Teams Additional Information H&M Logistics is a part of H&M Group.
