In this vital Supply Chain role, you will lead the application of Ecolab's Supply Chain – Excellence Program (TPM) within specific plants/functions and lead different program workstreams such as Regional and Global Pillars.
Ecolab chose to execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to transform the culture and its Supply Chain results. Expect to implement rapid change; be a hands-on team builder able to recognize others' resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process. What You Will Do: Implement Ecolab's TPM Program within the region's plants using methodology aligned with the Global framework. Implement Ecolab's TPM Program within Barcelona Functions (Planning & Logistics, Procurement, Quality, etc). Support the HPO program for the defined plants and functions. Complete the TPM Assessment exercise according to the required framework as you guide the ongoing TPM progress according to the Global & Regional Master plans. Participate in Global workstreams such as leading assessments and running Pillars. Complete regular Plant Health Checks to ensure the plant continues to operate to the TPM governance model. Participate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP) responsible for the Plant's involvement. Participate and/or lead different program workstreams such as Regional AM Pillar leader or SCLQ Leader. Availability to travel around 30% of the time. Location in Barcelona. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 6 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment. Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, including team building, understanding motivation and negotiation techniques, and providing work direction to others. Experience in the implementation of TPM and LEAN in office environments (Supply Chain Functions: Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, etc). 5 years of experience with TPM principles and methods (5S, All TPM Pillars, visual management, Kaizen, Gemba). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science, or Business. 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment. 3 years of experience in cross-functional project or program management. 2 years of experience leading process improvement projects for special chemical processes. 2 years of experience working with the implementation and oversight of Operational Excellence initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience driving large-scale culture shifts.
