Position title: Regional Sales Representative – PaperMate
Location: Spain, Barcelona (hybrid) or Madrid (remote)

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will handle assigned accounts – distributors, wholesalers, and specialty stores, driving sales revenue for brands such as PaperMate, Sharpie, Parker, Waterman, rOtring, and Elmer's in a designated part of Spain. You will ensure our products reach the right customers, aligning with our brand strategy and focusing on the successful launch of new products. You will implement consumer and shopper-focused strategies to achieve excellent results for Newell Brands.
You will be working independently, as part of a sales team of three people. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts directly.
Occasional visits to small specialty stores in the area.
Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts.
Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar: evaluation and course correction, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar.
Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy.
Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, doing the same across internal Newell functions to enhance information sharing and decision-making.
Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed.
Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.
What You'll Need
Minimum:
Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
Fluent Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken).
