The Regional Sales Manager for HemoCue is responsible for driving sales through our commercial partners or distributors in southern part of Europe. This position is part of the European Sales team, located in Spain and will be fully remote. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead and grow HemoCue's core business in the region in conjunction with the local commercial partners.Map out all existing customers (primary care, blood bank, and hospitals) and build strong relationships with key customers and develop plans to influence upcoming tenders towards HemoCue's offering.Optimize roll out and adoption of HemoCue products under contract.Create and execute plans to develop new business at hospitals in key regions, focusing on Hb, Glu, HbA1c through sales channels.Regularly evaluate commercial partners' performance against agreed action plan and KPIs.Identify and recommend new sales channels to fully optimize sales coverage of developing customer segments.The essential requirements of the job include:B. Sc. in relevant field (could be biomedical, technical, or commercial).At least 5 years experience with sales including channel management of medical devices or diagnostic products, implementing sales strategies, and experience of working with channel partners.Proven track record of executing strategy by implementing growth plans.Must possess a good understanding of the diagnostics product market in the Spanish market and excellent knowledge of the tender process.Proficient Spanish and English is a must.At HemoCue we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
