Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities Builds the business in his assigned region by attaining distribution coverage, sales volume, and market share targets and effectively manages the company's systems, processes, and resources - people, fixed assets, working capital - to deliver desired return and profitability. Assures attainment of Key Performance set by management through setting objectives, tracking measures & problem solving and coaching. Conducts field works & sales coaching. Decides the terms of discounts and unique pricing plans. Analyzes sales statistics, such as volume, gross revenues, sales expenses, and demographics of purchasers. Supports the learning and development of the sales team. Coordinates with Distributor Sales Supervisors to generate and meet with prospective leads. Tracks and reports all sales activities. Develops and executes sales strategy through market analysis. Qualifications 10 years or more work experience related to sales management. Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job Type: Full-time
