About The Role
The Regional Sales Consultant (RSC) owns and builds the customer relationship with the ambition to grow accounts inside their assigned book of business in accordance with their territory budget. They will identify routes to unlock revenue within their customer base, utilising a consultative sales method. They will play a key role in executing the go-to-market strategy for their territory delivering a World Class customer experience to industry partners: Brokers, Dealers, OEMs, and endemic customers existing and new. They will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager using data and analytics to identify opportunities and with the support of Account Management, Product, and Marketing, execute flawlessly.
What You'll Do Build and nurture relationships within the assigned book of business rooted in establishing equal business stature with business owners.Through consultative selling, meet with and understand each customer's unique goals and provide solutions specifically designed to meet their needs.Consistently deliver on key KPIs which include: Monthly revenue targets, customer acquisition, customer retention, selling of international portals abroad, selling of display space and other digital products, etc.Win new account business from a predefined list of prospects within your territory.Work in partnership with the Account Managers to ensure a World Class customer experience is delivered.Educate your customer base on the evolving Boats Group product suite, and weave data into your conversations to demonstrate the ROI that it delivers for them.Significant travel in assigned territory; timely expense reimbursement reporting necessary.Be an expert on the local market dynamics and trends to have an eye-to-eye conversation with our customers.Be our eyes and ears to the customers - and feedback market insights and customer needs to our Boats Group teams.Be an expert on the Boats Group product suite, values, internal tools, and organisational structure to succeed in the market.Communicate important company initiatives and programs to your customers and feedback customer input through the appropriate channels.Work closely with Boats Group teams to ensure sales channel coordination, cooperation, and success.What You Should Have Experienced in selling digital products and hitting targets.Experience in the marine industry and/or marketplace is desirable.Relationship skills with the ability to build a quick rapport with customers whilst remaining professional and knowledgeable.Strong customer focus and the persistence to deliver.A data-driven and analytical approach to maximising opportunities.Sales skills with an ability to see a sales opportunity and to follow through: help the customer to buy and ensure that the customers' future needs are met.Keen listening skills and ability to turn customer needs into solutions we provide for our clients.Enthusiastic and resilient - ability to adapt to change and navigate towards success.Local language skills are essential, plus professional written and spoken English.Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office software.Perks
