Working towards our vision gives us endless opportunities to learn, grow, innovate, and solve problems together as we bring our technology to companies of all sizes all over the world.As our new Regional Master Trainer, you will be based in Barcelonareporting into our Global Training Manager Sven Krüger.Your daily work will evolve around the following tasks and responsibilities:Ensure high performing training partners in your regionSupport training partners to consistently train more customersCertify new partners and training in the regionRun technical training classes when neededEnsure consistency and high quality training across regionDrive review of certified trainer performance and implement improvements to program content and/or certified trainer presentation methodsExpand and enable training portfolio to Academy partners – grow number of trained participantsFacilitate/Deliver certification trainingsImplement improvements across regionsDeliver training to end users and provide support to Certified TrainersRoll out global program to partners in region and support other regions in rolling it outWe are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreURFor you to have success in the position as a Regional Master Trainer at UR we imagine you have the following experience and skills:Minimum three years' experience in robotics or automation industryMinimum of three years of experience developing and conducting seminars/trainingsIndustrial designer with a technical backgroundTechnical educator ExperienceDocumented practical experience within automation and/or robot programmingExperience with technical training and customer visitsSpeak and write English and Spanish proficiently. If you speak and write French as well, it is an advantage.Besides this, we are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen who understands how people learn most effectively. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
