Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the hotel laundry operation effectively and efficiently ensuring excellent laundry/dry-cleaning services in accordance to the Hotel's standards.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include;
Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.Excellent communication and customer service skillsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacityAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
