As our new Regional Master Trainer, you will be based in Barcelona, reporting to our Global Training Manager Sven Krüger.
Your daily work will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure high-performing training partners in your region Support training partners to consistently train more customers Certify new partners and training in the region Run technical training classes when needed Ensure consistency and high-quality training across the region Drive review of certified trainer performance and implement improvements to program content and/or certified trainer presentation methods Expand and enable training portfolio to Academy partners – grow the number of trained participants Facilitate/Deliver certification trainings Implement improvements across regions Deliver training to end users and provide support to Certified Trainers Roll out global program to partners in the region and support other regions in rolling it out We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreUR To succeed in the position of Regional Master Trainer at UR, we imagine you have the following experience and skills:
Minimum three years' experience in robotics or automation industry Minimum of three years of experience developing and conducting seminars/trainings Industrial designer with a technical background Technical educator experience Documented practical experience within automation and/or robot programming Experience with technical training and customer visits Proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish; French is an advantage We are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen who understands how people learn most effectively. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
