Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of long-term digital marketing strategies and short-term techniques and tactics.
This role requires the ability to ensure brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate sales leads based on industry-leading insights and as directed by the go-to-market management/respectively ROM.
Job Description: Oversee annual digital marketing campaign calendar in accordance with business/marketing planning.Implement quarterly digital marketing campaign calendar across all digital channels with go-to-market management respectively ROM and ensure timely execution.Maintain oversight of all marketing budgets and manage campaigns within that budget.Implement regional/local campaigns and lead generation activities from ideation through execution and implementation to measuring effectiveness e.g., email marketing, website optimization, SEO/SEM, and online event promotion initiatives.Track campaign performance and develop and implement measures to optimize campaigns.Manage digital assets and ensure their performance within digital campaigns such as webinars, videos, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics with support from internal/external content specialists.Manage and execute search marketing campaigns with established processes to regularly update keywords, landing pages, and ads.Maintain integrity of regional/local campaigns and account structure in accordance with global guidelines.Manage the renewal of content on the company websites as well as the localization process of content for the region.Implement performant content to improve search engine rankings and create keyword-specific landing pages as needed.Manage the use of Marketing Automation for email marketing campaigns across the region, including asset creation, distribution, tracking, and reporting.Regularly review contact database with recommendations for follow-up to ensure database is properly updated and segmented.Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts in the Global Office to segment and validate target audiences and recommend channels to reach them through campaign activities.Integrate new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.Act as a link to corporate digital M&C; within the region.Management of service providers and agencies. Experience & Further Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience in the areas of marketing; preferably in a TIV industry.Proven track record of implementing digital marketing programs that build engagement and drive sales results.Understanding of marketing, communications, and sales processes and knowledge of web trends and directions.Structured and independent way of working; self-starter, self-motivated, and collaborative.Ability to work under pressure, assertiveness.Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and very high results orientation.English level C1.
