Job Description: Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics and customer needs. Develop regional go-to-market strategies in line with global goals. Define target market segments and buyer personas.Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns with global teams. Manage regional marketing budgets. Adapt global content to regional preferences.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with sales teams to ensure marketing supports sales goals. Align with product teams on marketing strategies. Coordinate with global teams for consistent messaging.Partner and Channel Marketing:
Support regional partners with marketing programs. Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners.Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Set and track KPIs to measure campaign success. Analyze data to refine marketing strategies. Report performance insights to stakeholders.Customer Engagement:
Implement programs to enhance customer loyalty. Gather and utilize customer feedback.The Successful Applicant:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a regional or global role. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and data analysis. Results-driven, adaptable, and culturally aware.
