Key ResponsibilitiesEurope Regional Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Assist in developing and implementing risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.Coordinate with Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments.Support the evaluation of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.Draft detailed regional risk assessment reports for senior management.Compliance Monitoring: Assist in developing and executing compliance monitoring plans.Coordinate with Compliance Officers and Liaisons for periodic data and live monitoring.Review internal audit reports to identify focus areas for compliance monitoring.Support the implementation of corrective action plans for compliance gaps.Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on compliance programs.Europe Regional Compliance Training: Support the European Lead for Compliance Policies, Training, and Communications in developing and administering the Compliance training program.Identify compliance training needs and implement training strategies.Provide post-training support and maintain records of training activities.Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes to enhance training content.Spain - Risk Assessment, Monitoring, and Training: Conduct periodic risk assessments and monitoring for local affiliates in Spain.Develop training content and provide post-training support.About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we're looking for a candidate with:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance.Experience in Governance, Legal, Finance, or Audit functions is a plus.A Graduate Degree in a related field is advantageous.Experience in compliance concerning social media and digital activities in the Pharma sector is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Strong ethics, accuracy, planning, organization, and results-oriented skills.Great relationship and communication capabilities.Availability for occasional travel as needed.At Viatris, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
