About the role: BYD Spain is looking for an NEV enthusiastic and self-driven Regional After Sales Representative for Passenger Cars.
In this exciting position, you will play an important role in setting up the after-sales activities in Spain.
As the Regional After Sales Representative Passenger Cars, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region.
You support the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction.
You play an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions.
You ensure that the service procedure is carried out correctly and perform all administrative tasks needed.
This role reports directly to the Aftersales Manager in Spain.
Role responsibilities: You support the dealer network, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction and act as their BYD after-sales contact person.
You ensure all service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all tasks needed related to the Aftersales business.Ensures implementation and follow-up of all BYD aftersales commercial policies and after sales standards.Monitor the dealer aftersales business plan and development of all after sales activities to achieve BYD P&A and service qualitative and quantitative objectives.Secure the quality of the service network by timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials.
In collaboration with BYD HQ, creates, implements, and ensures regular performance reporting.Introduce BYD Aftersales Service IT systems/platforms such as DMS, LMS, TIS and ensure they are deployed in each dealer plus service shop.Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities within the region/country.Assist dealer after sales management to create the best customer satisfaction and customer after sales experience processes (NPS from service).
Ensure dealer customer complaints resolution and VoC focus supported by call center set-up.Support and communicate with BYD spare parts team/warehouse, technical support, and warranty teams with critical issue handling, quality investigation, and training.Integrate the Aftersales area within the overall business scope of BYD in Spain and Portugal, proactively aligning and playing a key coordinator role for the Aftersales for the other areas such as Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network Development, Product Management, Training, etc.Requirements: Bachelor or master plus working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within importer or OEM.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English are a must.
Chinese is a plus.High-level attention to detail, time management, and accuracy.
