We are seeking a skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on managing labor relations within the company to ensure fair and equitable practices while maintaining compliance with current labor regulations. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, preventing conflicts, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:Administrative Management:Oversee employee records and documentation, including contracts, leaves, and Social Security registration.Review and process payroll and payroll-related adjustments along with cost management to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle events, such as contract renewals, leaves of absence, and Social Security registrations or de-registrations.Ensure accurate and timely documentation for labor inspections and audits.Collaborate with external lawyers or legal representatives.Labor Relations and Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contracts, wages, working hours, and safety.Prepare or review employment contracts, ensuring they align with legal requirements.Advise employees and management on labor matters.Manage procedures with full adherence to legal guidelines.Monitor working conditions, ensuring compliance with regulations.Support on preventing and resolving individual and collective labor disputes.Requirements:2 to 3 years of proven experience in a Labor Technician or similar HR administrative role.In-depth understanding of Spanish labor laws, Social Security processes.Familiarity with handling legal documentation related to employee dismissals, contracts, and disputes.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Communication and negotiation skills.Experience managing HR administrative processes using HRMS or digital tools.Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Social Studies, or a related field.
