Oversee sourcing and screening activities to attract top-quality candidates.Leader Support: Lead and guide the recruitment/sourcing team to meet hiring targets effectively. Provide mentorship and support to enhance team members' skills and performance.Business Impact: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support recruitment efforts. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment/sourcing processes for efficiency. Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.Knowledge of Employment Laws: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.Your skills:Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1).Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
