Your roleWe are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Bilingual Recruiting Specialist to join our team in a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of moving into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
Your JourneySearch candidates primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Perform reference and background checks as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees.Provide support to the Human Resources team as needed.What do you bring to your tripBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.3+ years of recruiting experience.Fluency in English and Spanish.Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Olala PerksBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.
