Reporting to the HRBP of his/her area.TALENT ATTRACTION HIRING ONBOARDINGWorking closely with the Retail team to understand their recruitment needs.Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements (company website, social media, internet jobsites, talent database, etc).
Use different ways of headhunting to attract potential candidates.Develop own talent database of strong retail professionals to facilitate succession planning, reduce vacancies and minimize agency fees.Screen, shortlist, and match applications to identify the most suitable candidates.Interview (phone, teams, and face to face) potential candidates.
Undertake reference checks when necessary.Regular follow-up with hiring managers to optimize the hiring process.Communicate and give feedback to the candidates during the complete recruitment process.Propose creative recruitment solutions for difficult to fill vacancies.Source and negotiate with the best recruitment suppliers to ensure good quality-to-price ratio.Control of recruitment indicators to follow up and identify areas of improvement.Prepare and send job offers to candidates and receive documentation for the contract when needed.Send the complete hiring documentation to Labour dept.Ensure all recruitment policies and procedures are in line with company guidelines and propose improvements.Participation in different People projects.JOB REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience recruiting Retail profiles.The ability to conduct different types of interviews.Excellent communication skills.Degree in: Law, Psychology, Business Administration or Employee relations and Human Resources.Intermediate level of English.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Location: Madrid- Duration of the contract: fixed term (01/11 to 31/01)- Flexible working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to FridayWHAT MAKES US SPECIALFlexible schedule (from 8:00/9:30 a.m. until 5:00/6:30 p.m.), intensive shift on Fridays (from 8:00/9:00 a.m. until 2:00/3:00 p.m.) and most of the bank holidays.Flexible Work Model: combination of working from home and from the office.Discount on all our lines (Woman, Man, Kids, Teen Home) as well as an invitation to our sample Market to renew your wardrobe twice a year.Canteen and kitchen service at the head office.
