Recruitment Operations Manager

What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields plus 4 years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth, high-velocity environment.
A highly energetic and thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and also see the big picture.
Strong project management skills: used to working autonomously, taking ownership and responsibility for your projects.
A critical thinker: asks lots of questions to find out why things happen in a certain way to add value.
A problem solver, able to find pragmatic solutions that work for eDO.
A hands-on approach.
You are comfortable both designing and implementing initiatives in all areas of HR.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, participate fully and work collaboratively to develop and deliver programmes.
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continually learn and grow.
Share knowledge appropriately and proactively seek ways to raise the bar.
Ability to manage change and move priorities.
Strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively support and connect with employees in many different teams.
Ability to multi-task while delivering high quality results.
