At ING we are looking for a Recruitment Expert & Employer Branding Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of Talent & Learning Expert Unit. Your key responsibilities: Help hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and the best strategy to approach them. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions of those needs. From day one, you'll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing applicants to offer stage, managing stakeholders and meeting with them on a regular basis to provide proactive updates. Select appropriate tools and channels of recruitment, allowing the employment of the staff. Source candidates directly through websites and other social media sites. Develop recruitment projects with a creative use of existing market opportunities to reach candidates. Initial screening of applicants, telephone, and face-to-face interviews. Facilitate and coordinate candidate testing and interviews. Provide regular feedback to hiring managers. Create long term relationships with key talent communities/niches on the technical arena. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Raise and increase brand awareness in the market and inside the company. Work the employer brand through digital platforms in collaboration with the marketing and communications teams. Improve the reputation and the positioning of the brand participating in certifications, recognitions, and events. What are we looking for? Proactive attitude and positive approach.
