What will your day-to-day be like? Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers.Promote new ideas to innovate and grow.Help us develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector.Ensure a unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose.Learn all you can and teach us all you want.And many more things!What would we like to find?
