In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.Our culture sets us apart from the rest; social and diversity clubs are part of our essence and day-to-day culture.We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools – we've barely noticed the change!Mission and responsibilities:As a Recovery & Collections risk Specialist your main responsibilities will include:Management of decentralized database for existing and new products portfolios supporting collections activities at Openbank/ZiniaSupport the strategy and the execution related to collections function across different geographies.Lead all the information collections projects and tasks.Data cleansing and coordination of daily data exchange process with third parties including processing collections results (Financial & Operational)Set up Reporting framework incl. ad hoc analysis for supporting collections management and consolidation.Back-office support and coordination among different counterparts such us IT, Risk, Finance, among others.To be successful in the role you must haveMaster's degree (M.Sc.) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similarHigh level of knowledge Excel, SAS, SQL. Any other programming language would be valuable.Experience with Data Management and Data Mining.Strong analytical and data skills.Experience in retail / consumer banking business.Knowledge in Zinia/Openbank systems will be a plus!
