As a Receptionist at The Mozart Prague, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and checking in guests efficiently and professionally.Managing reservations and providing information about room availability, rates, and amenities.Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks.
