Luderna is part of Emerald Stay, a distinguished hospitality company specialising in the management of exclusive rental properties and offering à la carte premium hotel services.
Launched in 2018, we operate in the Alps, the Pyrenees, on the Mediterranean coast and in Marrakech.
In 2022, we became the first European vacation rentals operator to be certified B-Corp, highlighting our committed approach in climate and social responsibility.
Location: Vielha Contract type: Permanent/seasonal Minimum education: Vocational training Languages: English (required) Vacancies: 2 We are looking to add a customer-oriented individual to our team at our Vielha office.
We're seeking someone with a positive attitude and great people skills.
You'll join a dynamic team where you'll engage with customers and support various departments within the company.
This is a seasonal permanent contract, with work opportunities during the winter season and the possibility to extend into the summer season as well.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer service calls.
Provide virtual assistance to clients.
Manage customer complaints and issues.
Offer advice on sales and reservations.
Requirements: Strong communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in virtual environments.
Required knowledge: English (essential).
French (preferred).
Job Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Sunday (with two days off per week).
Rotating shifts with continuous workdays.
Workplace: Vielha office.
Salary: €19,500 gross annually + variable bonus for availability (€150 per week).
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Start date: November 18th.
