Purpose of the position
Being the first person visible to the incoming guest. Receiving and guiding them to the respective contact partners. Supporting the administration, facility and security.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Operating the switchboard / receiving and forwarding phone calls
Reception and registration of visitors/suppliers & badge distribution
Operate the gates
Receipt and processing of internal orders
Mail Processing Facility Management
Assistance with various FM projects
Visitor catering in the meeting rooms
Assistance in canteen issues and vending management
Taxi reservation
Contact point for car parking reservation in Alcala
Contact point for customer registration tool
Flower orders for reception & departments
Processing and completion of facility management, day-to-day business (relocation of meeting rooms, technical tour, maintenance work, various small repairs)
Stand in for the security personnel
Requirements
Very good written and linguistic knowledge of Spanish
Good written and linguistic knowledge of English
Knowledge of MS Office
Logical, independent thinking and acting
Very good manners and a friendly appearance
Team player
Good problem-solving skills
Calm and balanced personality
