About the Role of Front Desk Agent: - Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.? Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested, credit or method of payment is established, the correct rate is charged and issues correct keys to the guest. - Handover with Concierge - Go through Daily Cover - Focused on VIP arrivals, INH, and departures and hotel events / site inspections. - Give directions to all non in house clients to outlets or event spaces. - Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest room. - Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists guests' inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. - Utilizes a variety of computer systems to complete the daily task as requested by the Manager On Duty.
