Sales Manager for Real Estate (Marbella)
Our client, a prestigious market leader operating in the luxury Marbella's real estate sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team to the next level.
The Sales Manager will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Marbella's real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team in the real estate sector and will speak English and Spanish fluently.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the real estate sector
3+ years of experience managing a sales team
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of Marbella's Real Estate Market essential
Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. Other languages are a bonus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Must live in the Marbella area or be willing to commute every day.
Responsibilities:
Managing the company's sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
Develop the sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenue
Set individual targets with the sales team
Oversee and improve the existing sales processes
Analyse and interpret sales figures and propose ways to improve them
Provide support and guidance to the sales team members to ensure they have all the resources and tools they need to do the job
Dealing with buyers and vendors
