Global Lead Buyer – Raw Material Barcelona, Spain About the role: Ready to push the limits of what's possible? Join Sanofi CHC in one of our corporate functions and you can play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions around the world. The global Lead Buyer will manage several subcategories of Raw Material (>60M€ spend) covering 13 plants located worldwide and CMO. In this role you will ensure sourcing on global perimeter and will ensure business for all categories and Raw category for Ocoyoacac plant acting as Strategic Point Of Contact. This scope may/will evolve according to business needs/growth which would trigger new procurement organisation. Main responsibilities:To ensure business continuity for their category from Day 1. To be accountable and responsible to develop and implement procurement strategy for tail spend / distributors segment as well as several Raw Material Subcategories To create values or competitive advantages for our brands: top and bottom line with the ad hoc commitment with reliable suppliers To build, drive and or execute and monitor performance agreed during financial cycles: reliability as well as consistency, predictability are key. To relentless improve raw material category knowledge: market intelligence, cost structure model, via scouting/sourcing/curiosity. To drive Supplier Management Relationship for the sake of CHC growth and suppliers partnership. About you: Experience: Prior experience in procurement with proven track record of building and leading cross functional team Soft skills: Challenger mindset, effective communication skill, capacity to develop a strategy thinking while managing operational ones, capacity to resist to stress and pressure, Technical skills: Data management, cost structure management,negotiation skill/tools Education: University degree in engineering, business school or equivalent Languages: Fluent in English Why Choose us?
