¿Dónde trabajarás? ¿Qué harás? Responsibilities:Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients and agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for clients in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization.Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of client's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized clients to optimize and improve the performance of their campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.¿A quién buscamos?You have 2+ years full-time account management experience, managing advertising clients at scale.You have professional experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.You have knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products.You are passionate about marketing and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business.You have critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.You have team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.You have excellent verbal and written English language skills and Chec/Hungarian language.¿Necesitas + info?
