Your Mission
Thinking strategically, rather than tactically, you'll drive the quality and profitability of a specific set of RNG Table Games and Live Dealer products on a global scale. It means keeping on top of competitor activity, as well as global and regional trends.
- The Head of Product is customer centric and has a deep knowledge of what makes a great gambling product,
an experienced leader capable of managing diverse personalities across global locations, collaborating with a wider team to deliver best in class products.

What you will do
- Full ownership of the RNG Table Games and Live Dealer product portfolio with focus on creating innovative, market leading and disruptive products.
- Contributes to strategy and leads the cross-functional team that delivers it.
- Own the Games product roadmap having final sign off on game mechanics, user flows and detailed specifications.
- Support the game producers in prioritising and refining individual product backlogs for assigned products, balancing the business needs of stakeholders and players.
- Support game producers when collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders including: design, architecture, security, engineering, and user enablement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the RNG Table Games and Live Dealer vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure all products meet the required jurisdictional compliance whilst always maintaining consideration of responsible gambling and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to secure data points that measure product success and efficient reporting.
What you'll bring
- A proven track record as a Senior Product Leader, Game Designer or similar role within Online Casino Gaming industry (RNG Table Games, Live Dealer).
- Great organisational skills and a proven ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing a product team throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Narrative skills.
- A customer-first mindset.
- Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.
- Comfortable with Excel / spreadsheets.
- A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- A high degree of individual initiative, and personal accountability.
