Head of Change Management, Last Mile Fleet Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch), Barcelona, Spain The Last Mile team within Logistics is looking for an experienced Head of Change Management to drive Logistics technical fleet capabilities.
Our goal is to exceed the expectations of all our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered where and when they need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Logistics organization.
The Head of Change Management will be responsible for optimizing the technical attributes of our commercial vehicle fleet.
You will manage a team that drives technical analyses to optimize our fleet for last mile deliveries and innovate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Own the optimization of technical attributes of our expanding vehicle fleet and innovate on behalf of our customers.
Drive planning, resolution, and execution in complex technical projects.
Work independently and identify improvement potential; manage projects from idea to implementation.
Challenge internal stakeholders on existing practices and external partners in their limitations and capabilities.
Internalize goals and create appropriate action plans for those goals.
Utilize databases and analytical tools to make data-based decisions.
Manage technical teams effectively.
Qualifications: MBA or M.Sc.
in Engineering.
Proven ability to manage complex technical programs with multiple internal and external actors.
Experience in aggregating information and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
A record of accomplishment in delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
