.Prosci Europe is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on managing full lifecycle recruitment for Prosci's growing European business. Reporting to the European Talent Director and working closely with the Principal European Talent Partner, Talent Director, Senior Leadership Team, and Hiring Managers, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a robust multi-year talent acquisition strategy and annual hiring plan, including a talent pool of industry-leading change advisors and contract consultants. Through a combination of teamwork within the European and Global Talent Team and continuously improving our employer brand, talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding practices,your expertise will help us accelerate our growth objectives in Europe.RequirementsPosition and Job Management: Work with The European Talent Partner and Team Leaders to develop clear role profiles (based on Prosci's Global Career Architecture and Competency Framework) and agree annual hiring plans and promotion opportunities.Recruiting: Work with Hiring Managers to develop clear role profiles and job postings, based on Prosci's existing processes, tools, competencies, and desired organisational design. Own and drive the hiring process while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with department team leaders to assure role and hiring plan approvals, lead kickoff calls, post jobs, conduct talent screens, complete scorecards, administer assessments, and lead interview debriefs.Manage the recruitment and engagement process for contractors, working closely with the delivery and legal team to issue Master Service Agreements and manage contract queries when needed.Onboarding: Work with the European Talent Coordinator and Talent Partner to ensure all new team members and contractors are onboarded successfully and market-appropriate due diligence checks are conducted.Process & Metrics, Global Talent Management Projects: Continuously improve the current talent acquisition process. Identify areas of improvement within current practices and implement successful strategies to improve. Create measurable goals for the Europe market and deliver quarterly dashboards demonstrating progress and effectiveness. Participate in other talent-related projects and initiatives, support European and global employer branding maturity, and provide input and perspective on employee value proposition, programme offerings, and external employer branding marketing campaigns.MinimumSeveral years in-house talent acquisition experience in a high-growth organisation.Experience of attracting and recruiting top talent across multiple European countries, cultures, and languages, and an understanding of the relevant recruitment and employment legislation.Proficiency in written and spoken English to professional level is essential.Experience with a range of different talent acquisition methods, including in-house and outsourced
