You will be mainly accountable for:Shaping and enhancing the overall digital experience of employees within the organization.Optimizing the employee journey from recruitment to onboarding, development, engagement, and retention when interacting with ABB digital products.Creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and objectives.Users/Consumers Research (qualitative and quantitative)Data Analysis and InterpretationUser Interface User Experience DesignDigital Product Design DevelopmentProduct Management DevelopmentProcess Improvement OptimizationQualifications for the Role- Bachelor's Degree in Design or Social Science (Product Design, Communication Design, Service Design, Social Informatics, Psychology)- Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Communication Design, Service Design, Consumer Journey, UX Design- 10+ years of relevant experience- 10+ years of global experience in applying Business Analytics, Consumer Journeys, Product Design, Digital Design, Product Management, Digitalization, and Consumer Experience (CX) of digital solutionsMore About UsWe value people from different backgrounds.
