We are looking for a Community Manager and Content Creator to join our international team across Europe.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Presence & Operations: Manage and coordinate the social media presence for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.
).Outreach & Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and online communities.
Actively engage with audiences to foster meaningful interactions and promote brand loyalty.Trendspotting & Adaptation: Stay ahead of social media trends, responding with timely and relevant content to enhance brand presence.Crisis Management: Monitor online conversations, address negative feedback, and collaborate with customer service to maintain a positive brand image.Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, platform-specific content.Analytics & Optimization: Leverage data analytics tools to track performance, extract insights, and optimize future strategies.RequirementsQualifications and SkillsExperience: 2+ years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media outreach, preferably within the digital marketing space.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communities.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach tools.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights.Personal Attributes: Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to community engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
English C1.Bonus Skills: Native Portuguese speakers are highly valued.
Familiarity with social media tools like Sprinklr.
