Job Introduction: The Sales Project Manager (SPM) advises existing TGW customers in finding the right set-up for extensions of existing systems, developing tailor-made material handling concepts. The SPM works on customer projects and is responsible from lead acquisition until the handover of sold projects to the realization department.
Main Responsibilities: Support Key Account Manager of Strategic Accounts in Sub-Projects
Create and implement selling strategies to augment sales within the existing customer base
Pro-active selling of emerging technologies and Entry-Solutions
Establish binding relationships with decision makers on all levels
Develop concepts, calculations, and proposals for TGW customers in collaboration with the Systems Designers and other in-house expert departments
Deal with commercial, legal, and technical contract negotiations
Assure data quality in CRM System & simple Back-Office tasks
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in the Sales Process
About You: Completed higher technical education in the field of Science or Technical Engineering
At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the material handling business and intralogistics solutions
Attitude to do market and customer research
Highly tactical person with a profound knowledge of strategic and structured sales of integrated systems
Highly developed industry knowledge in combination with process and intralogistics solution understanding
Excellent social and communication skills and intercultural understanding
Languages: proficiency in English. German would be a plus
