You'll be an integral part of our People & Culture team, collaborating closely with primarily Belgium-based colleagues. You attach great importance to ensuring that all new colleagues get a great onboarding and are eager to start their new job.How are you going to do that?You take care of the entire recruitment process from A to Z (intakes with team leaders, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, following up on feedback, salary proposals, creating contracts, etc.).You have a say in how we attract talent. No idea is too crazy!You have one of the most important roles in our organization, because you help determine our culture at the front.
