This role will report directly to Corbmac, our Talent Acquisition Tech Lead, and you'll work alongside our five (and growing!)
tech recruiters Gabrielle, Teo, Selam, Andrea, and Aideen.What will I be doing?Owning the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing of all product and data roles.Coordinating the interview team to set up the interview process.Coaching and empowering Hiring Managers to push the boundaries of acquiring the best talent in the market.Monitoring data to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of results.Driving recruitment side projects such as workshops, employer branding, DI initiatives.Ramping up our Engineering, Data, and Product teams globally.What do we need from you?3+ years of successful experience in hiring in-house tech functions with at least one year scaling product and data teams.Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company (and when we say fast, we mean faaaast).Exceptional communication skills with the ability to push back and 'say no' when needed.Superb sourcing skills (along with LinkedIn Recruiter, we use tools like AmazingHiring, Cord, and Joppy).Demonstrated skills in building talent pipelines.Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.Fluent English speaker.The stuff you wanna know:Base salary between €45,000 - €50,000 and 20% annual bonus.Family-friendly work-life balance - work from home and flexible hours.Option to be based in our Madrid or Barcelona office OR work remotely anywhere in Spain.Ticket Restaurant by Edenred (€11 daily).Unlimited access to Udemy for all your learning and development needs.Stuart Academy with regular workshops, Stu-Classes, and Stu-Talks.Wellness Allowance (€40 monthly) to use in any gym or sports class.Private healthcare provided by Sanitas.Annual Bicing card for non-remote workers.Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development.Living outside of Spain?
