We now seek a talented person to deliver a world-class talent acquisition service across our marketing (MY&SG;) and finance shared services companies in Malaysia.
What you'll doResponsible for the delivery of end-to-end talent acquisition which includes anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process.Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, build a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.Manage and engage with third-party providers to required procurement and policy standards.Support in the planning and execution of our various Employer Branding initiatives and ensure consistency in our brand messaging, positioning, and materials to these audiences.Work with HRBP on active identification and external talent mapping for business-critical/key roles within the organization.Partner with HRBP and local market stakeholders to ensure effective rollout of any global initiatives/projects in the space of talent acquisition.Essential for the roleYou have a Bachelor's degree in any field.You have 5 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.Exposure to supporting Pharmaceutical and Shared Services companies would be advantageous.An enterprise-wide mindset with the ability to consider the bigger picture in day-to-day interactions and prioritization.A strong 'team player' approach and a solution-focused ethos.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships across a range of key stakeholders and customers.Experience managing third-party suppliers.Experience with global and local projects in TA around simplification/process improvements.Why AstraZeneca?At AstraZeneca we're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
