You'll combine customer and tech understanding, business and social impact, to realize our vision of making transportation more efficient, sustainable, and inclusive.About Nemi: Nemi platform is a standalone software tool that empowers bus operators to digitalize and enhance the efficiency of services with the end goal of improving the overall user experience whilst generating a depth of data to develop consumer insights for optimizing and enhancing operations.Our mission is to offer superior quality of service adapted to individual needs resulting in cost-efficient, reliable, sustainable, and inclusive services for users, operators, municipalities, and transport authorities.Job description: As Junior Civil Engineer, you will be an integral part of the crossover between the technical and the sales team, helping identify transport challenges in the customers' line of business and driving solutions with Nemi's software and services. The position will be client-facing and will work alongside both the sales team and the technical software development team to share customer pain points, discuss solutions to address their needs, and steer our development efforts to align with our company vision and market demand. On a day-to-day level, you will be in charge of the whole customer journey from pre-sale discussions, service set-up, and follow-up once the service is up and running.In this role, you will:Work closely with the sales team to lead technical sales presentations and demos, building meaningful and durable revenue-generating relationships with transit planning agencies and bus operators.Work closely with the technical team to discuss customer feedback and improvements, anticipate customer needs, and define new features and improvements.Be responsible for the launch and implementation of new services, including service design, user communication channel support, and client training through to successful launch.Educate customers on Nemi's tool for managing flexible public transport services.Understand and effectively differentiate from competitive technologies and solutions.Develop, track, own, and improve your service and customer journey KPIs.Contribute to analyzing our industry to understand relevant market, product, and pricing trends.Represent Nemi at international fairs, congresses, forums, training courses, and other dissemination events, contributing to strengthening the company reputation and influence in the mobility arena.The successful applicant will have:Between 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.Between 1-2 years of experience in the transportation and mobility sector, preferably with an established network of contacts at transit planning agencies and bus operators.Ideally have practical experience working in an agile software technology company.Develop customer relationships and engage effectively.A completer-finisher who derives satisfaction from a job well done with attention to detail and deadlines.Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to work independently and solve problems without well-defined direction.An excellent team player; you're a meaningful individual contributor and a mentor to others on your team.Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish.What we offer:Work in a friendly, dynamic, and passionate environment.
