Job Title:People Solutions Partner (HR Operations)
Location:Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Job Description:To support and coordinate HR Operations processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, benefits administration, mobility) across the cluster of supported countries. The People Solutions Centre partner will oversee operational activities delivered by External Partners (Genpact, Payroll Vendors, other external partners) and will handle complex cases and act as a point of escalation.
The People Solutions Partner will support digitization of Hire-to-Retire processes as well as change management and training to empower employees and people managers to leverage the Workday platform for essential HR processes. The People Solutions Partner will identify optimization and digitization opportunities and work with key partners (HRIS, Genpact, other partners) to drive optimizations.
