About the job What you will doServe as the trusted advisor to your customers' technical teams and their business contacts.Lead the technical conversation, explaining the ways in which Red Hat's portfolio and architected solutions address the customer's business and organizational requirements.Identify and mitigate any architectural conflicts within the account base, and help the sales team identify and win opportunities within the context of the customer's existing presence and needs.Own the Technical Account Plan, part of the overall Account Plan.Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive on managing strategy and accountability across the extended team.What you will bring5+ years of experience as a sales engineer, consultant, solutions architect, or a relevant role; experience in software or consulting presales.Knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform or competing enterprise automation technologies, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or competing operating systems, and Cloud Service Providers.Ability to translate technical knowledge and skills into proposals, presentations, standard demos, and customer workshops.Consultative selling excellence.Ability to mobilize and manage resources and influence internal and external stakeholders.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives.Willingness to travel up to 25%, following Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines.
