Main responsibilities:Prepare and develop the forecast for white cement, cementitious and raw materials on a worldwide basis plus grey cement/clinker at EMEA region.Databases feeding (contracts, actual shipments, forecast, etc.).Draft contracts in coordination with the Legal department for the supervision and approval of the Trading Advisor/Manager. Follow up on the contract signature (with internal and external clients/suppliers).Support Trading Advisor/Manager on the resolution of any dispute with Operations, Tax, etc., in accordance with Trading Guidelines.Participate in weekly coordination meetings and prepare minutes together with CEMEX operations.Coordinate with Shipping, Logistics, Operations to ensure accurate forecasting and smooth operational performance.Prepare and handle shipping instructions for the interested parties.Prepare and handle invoicing instructions for the interested parties.Coordinate with all parties the smooth administration process of the cargoes, from cargo documents to invoicing process.Deploy and support guidelines for continuous improvement maintenance practices, recommend best in class procedures to repair, rebuild, or replace components under standard procedures.Track and follow-up deliveries of equipment.Requirements:Spanish and English at least B2 or higher, Portuguese, and French (bonus).Bachelor in Administration, Economy, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or related.0-4 years of experience in Trading/Commercial and/or planning and/or Financial within an international context.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Ability to tolerate ambiguity, open-mindedness, and flexibility.Strong analytical skills and strategic awareness.Capable of handling highly confidential information in an environment where sharing information is a day-to-day business.Emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure, and interact with people at different levels.Social and cultural awareness.Internal and external relations:INTERNAL: Planning/Logistics/Operations/Commercial/Controllership/Procurement, Trading Directors / Managers, Shipping Director / Managers.EXTERNAL: Customers/Competitors, Industry Analysts, Traders.Cemex diversity and inclusion statement:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
