Reporting to: CEO & Head of Business Operations.
Responsibilities: Engage with clients from onboarding and throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring the best experience, supporting their growth, business strategies, and retention.Assist clients with queries and needs.In reference to the company's quality standards and SLA, monitor client activity, identifying potential issues in advance and addressing them with internal teams and the client.Maintain high client satisfaction levels by taking a data-driven approach and reporting.Liaise with the operations team to provide resolutions to client needs.Help businesses solve complex quality assurance requirements and lead all client matters.Liaise with operations departments to implement client initiatives, projects, and align client's customer business goals with our solutions.Conduct new client onboardings.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop client loyalty, and engage with internal teams to achieve goals.Manage the knowledge base: client onboarding set-up, procedure updates, and ensure internal communications across teams.Conduct regular check-ins with clients and assess the service value.Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.Thinking outside the box and having an inquisitive, can-do attitude.Interest in new technology and being tech-savvy.High attention to detail, organized, and agile.Transparent & direct communicator with excellent presentation skills.Strong systems knowledge, including Excel, CRM software, and the ability to build processes.Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form, able to engage and clearly explain data analysis.Fluent in English, with an advanced level of written language.
