Role and ResponsibilitiesAs CFO, you will lead the financial strategy, corporate finance activities, and management of the company. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and developing internal control policies. You will also be instrumental in managing cash flow, securing financing, and optimizing the capital structure to support Zinklar's growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:Lead corporate finance initiatives, including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investor relations.Drive capital allocation strategy and optimize the company's financial structure to support growth objectives.Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions for debt and equity financing.Prepare and maintain an updated 'Data Room' for potential investors or M&A activities.Evaluate and execute financing opportunities, including public debt instruments (national and European), credit lines, loans, and other financial instruments.Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including cash management and rolling cash flow forecasts.Ensure timely invoicing, debt collection, and accurate financial reporting.Manage bookkeeping and tax compliance across multiple geographies.Consolidate financial reports across all companies within the group.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage risk.Lead the preparation of the annual P&L budget and present it to the board for approval.Oversee the company's fiscal activities, including budgeting, auditing, and monthly financial reporting.Monitor business performance through detailed transaction analytics and provide key insights to the management team, board, and investors.Create and manage internal policies and procedures for the finance department to ensure best practices.Ensure that all legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliant with relevant laws.
