European Bartender School is looking for a Sales Representative (German) to join our International team! About EBS European Bartender School is the market leader in the bartending industry. Here's what you'll do: Take care of the relationship with our potential students, assisting them on a life changing experience.Stay up-to-date on our latest courses/experiences and the benefits.Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide.Manage your pipeline, meeting or exceeding the Service Level Agreement expectations in order to prioritise tasks with the hottest leads.Organise your workflow, set yourself personal goals, schedule call-backs.Upsell and cross-sell our products.Update and stay on top of your Salesforce pipeline.Bring new ideas to the table.Dedicate to your development: impact our business through projects outside of your sales pipeline, after achieving exceptional pipeline management and performance to target.Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!Job requirements: Excellent communication skills.1-year minimum Sales experience in a similar environment.Proficiency in German and English.An understanding of B2C outbound sales.An understanding of our product or first-hand experience of an EBS course.Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems.A can-do, go-getter attitude!EBS Core Values: Communication: the ability to express oneself clearly and in an effective & positive way in interactions with others.Teamwork: the ability to demonstrate interest in getting groups to perform well together, as well as interest in being actively involved in the dynamics of the team.Flexibility: the disposition to be open to different and new ways of doing things, as well as the ability to modify one's preferred way of doing things or change approach quickly.Innovation: the ability to develop, sponsor or support the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, ideas, technologies.The Offer: A competitive salary package.Shorter shifts on Friday.A young, dynamic and international working environment, with 16+ different nationalities.Casual dress code.Relaxed office environment including chill-out area, terrace and in-office music system.Ping-Pong table and PlayStation 4.Free weekly Spanish/English classes for all levels.Gym and fitness center discounts.EBS Birthday & Anniversary presents.Company subsidised events and trips (in the past we've gone to Rome, Berlin, Mallorca, Ibiza & Amsterdam) (*Temporarily on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions).
