All the communications areas from messaging to digital and brand will integrate in key comms initiatives aligned with the Grifols overarching Ambition plan. You will act as a PMO, making sure the function stays focused on the core objectives. You will also act as a filter for any other communications demands in the organization and ultimately help prioritize the communication asks. You will work closely with the heads of each communication area (Brand, Digital, External, Executive Communications, and Content) to make sure plans are functionally integrated and streamlined. You will help maintain functional focus, high standards in planning and execution, and allocate resources appropriately operating in a fast-paced digital environment.Your responsibilities will be:You will develop an annual Concept map for the function.You will help in building integrated plans with the heads of communications areas to materialize "ambition goals".You will align process and information across the function.You will align the annual budget process.You will assess the function's operational and strategic performance by regular reviews.You will filter communications asks from the organization.You will develop tools and digital models to prioritize communication asks.You will provide support implementing critical projects with broad organizational reach.You will monitor and analyze plans execution.Who you are:You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or communication.You have 10 years' experience in Brand/Business planning.You speak fluent English.You bring proven experience as a planner in brand or comms teams.You understand the industry and the communications function.You have strategic thinking abilities.You have an analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.You have organizational and leadership skills.What we offer:Permanent positionFlexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.Benefit packageThis is a brilliant opportunity for you.
